100th WV Farm Bureau Annual Meeting

CONFERENCE AND MEAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2019

County Farm Bureaus will receive $100 for each certified voting delegate (must be a farmer member) who is registered by 8 a.m., Saturday, November 9, and attends the ENTIRE annual meeting.

All participants of the WVFB Annual Meeting must make hotel reservations by calling: (304) 765-5055. Tell the reservations clerk that you are with GROUP: West Virginia Farm Bureau

Room Rates:

  • $91.00 + 10.92(tax) = $ 101.92 1 or 2 people per room
  • $101.00 + 12.12(tax) = $113.12 3 or 4 people per room

Refunds:
Refunds will be only be available for Room & Meals ONLY if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the meeting.
